Headcase Hair has been an industry stalwart since 1997, fuelled by education, innovation and artistry. Contracted by Viacon, Adaptive were proud to undertake this stunning joinery package, providing the Headcase team with a rejuvenated new location in Paddington, Sydney.

The space on Oxford Street has been reborn thanks to interior designer Amanda Talbot of Studio Stoop. The design involved uplifting putty pink walls, made with a natural Japanese plaster called Otsumigaki that absorbs toxins from the air whilst creating a beautiful textured finish. Amber-specked terrazzo floors contrast with luxurious jewel-green marble, custom leather-lined walnut joinery and deft touches of aged brass. The result is a muted soft tone space instigating an opulent environment.

The bespoke joinery package included custom bench seating, shelving, reception desk, storage cupboards and cabinetry.
